Unlike other etailers, OverstockUPS.com just specializes in battery backup units and we know all the tricks. We know an unopenned 2008 UPS is NOT new. We know many people put their old units in new boxes to confuse everyone. We know a cracked plastic could mean more serious damage inside. Bottomline, we honestly disclose and warranty everything with more than just words.
Important Terms, Conditions, and Notes
Types
- "Genuine" means they are only APC branded & stickered batteries. No joke
- "Alternative" means they are not APC branded but have new high quality batteries in their place
Condition Notes in [ ]
- "New" means these are new unused, in new boxes, with all accessories. =2yr warranty
- "OpenBox" means these are new unused, but WITHOUT original box but with all accessories. =2yr warranty
- "Surplus" means these are unused, but WITHOUT original box and missing some accessories. =1yr warranty
Testing, Shipping & Payment
- We test and charge all units even new sealed units and repack them for your satisfaction
- We ship with UPS Ground using InstaPAK foam from SealedAIR for maximum safety
